Elgin Cultural Quarter

MBLA have prepared sketch proposals for sites within Elgin as part of the towns Cultural Quarter project on behalf of Moray Council.

Proposals include improved public realm to Elgin Town Hall, approach to Elgin from the north, the 'Angels share' sculpture within Cooper Park, vista to Cathedral and revealing the view to Grant Lodge.
