A Landscape Layout and Planting Plan for the grounds associated with the category B-listed William Simpsons Home in Plean which dates from 1860.
The former care home which has been derelict for over a decade is proposed to be divided into individual units.
Proposals include the retention of mature trees, replanting of 'lost' trees and vegetation management, together with a new orchard and the reinstatement of 'lost' paths. A new drive to link Pleanholm and car parking is proposed adjacent to the existing walled garden.
