Cooper Park, Elgin

MBLA have prepared proposals to upgrade the play area, pond improvements and a performance area within Elgin's Cooper Park on behalf of Moray Council.

The proposed outdoor performance area creates a 100 seat amphitheatre, and covered stage.

Pond proposals to provide an attractive setting within Cooper Park and reinstate boating activity.

Play proposals transform the park's existing play area.

Design team comprises architects NB Planning and Architecture, structural engineers Applied Engineering Design, access consultant Design for Everyone, cost consultants Armour Construction Consultants, flood and drainage strategy Millard Consulting and water feature specialists Water Gems.
