Working with Loader Monteith Architects and Cameron Webster Architects Matt undertook research into the development of the grounds associated with the turn of the century B-listed house

 

Matt prepared proposals to restore components of the designed landscape, integrate new housing and the expansion of the existing hotel

​

Proposals included the entrance courtyard to the new function suite, a stumpery courtyard, proposals to integrate new housing adjacent to a retained lime tree avenue
